MPL boasts a collection that encompasses a wide array of interests. If you encounter a title that we do not possess but believe should be included, please feel free to suggest it.
Title suggestion steps
- Please check the library catalog to confirm the item is unowned.
- Go to the Purchase Suggestion Form below.
- Log in with your library card number and PIN.
- Submit your suggestion.
Purchase suggestion guidelines
- You are welcome to propose a title for acquisition for either our physical collection or our electronic collection.
- To submit a purchase suggestion, you must possess a library card in good standing.
- You may suggest up to thirty (30) items per year.
- Please note that we are unable to accept requests for books prior to their publication dates or for movies that have not yet been released on DVD.
- The library strives to accommodate all suggestions; however, purchases are dependent on budgetary constraints and the guidelines established by the Collection Development Policy.
- Our librarians will assess each suggestion for adding to our collection, however, due to the large volume of requests, we are not able to purchase all requested materials.
